We were engaged by Al Rajhi Takaful to help support the full launch of their new customer facing website and mobile application. A crucial part of the engagement was to help them develop a clear and definitive content strategy, for which the ultimate goal was to help them create content that has a distinctive language which customers recognise and are compelled to interact with.

We worked with them over the course of a 3 month period to develop a strategy that covered core content areas and principles, including key user identification, an established tone of voice, asset guidelines (inclusive of photography, imagery, iconography and animation), promotional content, SEO and ASO.
