A global digital experience
We worked with global brand Mastercard, on their Multi-Currency Cash Passport application. Their key objective was to grow the number of cardholders who use digital channels to service their Multi Currency Cash Passport for tasks like general balance review and transaction enquiries, top-ups, currency purchases and transfers.
Our engagement involved a 3 month Sprint program, creating a future proof version of the app as the early iterations of the application had very limited functionality. We provided researchers to gain further insight into customer behaviour and expectations, and from that we created journey maps and wire frames of the key tasks like the ability to 'move money' for top ups and card to card transfers.
In addition to that we enhanced the existing functionality and improved the overall UI. The mobile-led approach enabled MasterCard to apply design thinking, interactions and behaviours to desktop in a highly efficient and quick-to-market manner. A single global platform, maintenance of an asset library for content and design resources all enabled tighter governance across global entities.
