This globally renowned bank, had the ambition to transform their digital experience across all parts of the business covering Retail, Private, Commercial and Global banking and markets. They engaged us as their primary digital partner to realise this ambition and lead the transformation.

With a team of more than 60 researchers, strategists, product designers and developers working in agile squads, we collaborated with the bank to run research, business modelling, process re-definition, product design and build across their lines of business.

By building solid design and experience principles, we developed and launched a Global Design Language system. This was used across multiple product and service lines including everyday banking, personal financial management, mobile banking and wealth management.
