Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) is the leading financial hub for the Middle East, Africa and South Asia (MEASA), which comprises 72 countries with an approximate population of 3 billion and a nominal GDP of US$ 7.7 trillion. It offers one of the region’s most comprehensive FinTech and venture capital environments, including cost-effective licensing solutions, fit-for-purpose regulation, innovative accelerator programme, and funding for growth-stage start-ups.
We worked with them to reshape the experience of their client portal which plays a critical role for DIFC. The portal is the access point for hundreds of services that all DIFC user needs to log in to set up their business, to access DIFC information and services, and to track and manage their transaction. We had many workshops with the key stakeholders and some of their clients so understand the real user needs and to shape the best possible user journey. We redesigned the portal to work seamlessly both on desktop and mobile with considering workflow automation and document management to maximize work environment efficiency.
