Global Investment firm Franklin Templeton, driven by their ‘Gain from Our Perspective®’ pillar, entrusted us to create a portal for their Relationship Manager’s (RMs). After initial research and deconstructing the brief, the key insight was that they needed much more than a portal.
We devised an AI fuelled product, which provided the 'time poor' RMs with valuable insights while on the go during their day. The client and RM were able to share an experience which created a richer narrative and more meaningful relationship on an ongoing basis. The product had the ability to serve up real-time holdings, and suggest potential suitable investments based on customer Risk profiling. The key concept was a timeline-based onboarding, profiling, and investment approach, with relevancy, modality and data as the key driving principles.
