South American insurance giant Seguros Falabella, were at a very basic stage of digital adoption across their portfolio of offerings but had an aggressive vision to be ‘the best insurance broker in the region’ and to be leaders in digital customer experience. They engaged us to deliver against this vision which we executed by bringing the brand identity of ‘always on’ to life.
We joined up all parts of their ecosystem with a data driven approach and a deep understanding of the loyalty building process. We defined their mobile strategy and built value-driven apps specific to a needs-based paradigm.
