A new generation of creativity
Miral Asset Management, bestowed upon us the responsibility to bring together a connected Yas Island. This involved working with their main entities - Yas Island, Ferrari World, Yas Waterworld and Warner Bros World to set up a common vision and roadmap to offer a unified, efficient experience to their destination visitors.
Creating the vision “By working as one to create a ‘resort without walls’ and leave visitors with a memorable experience”, we approached this by bringing in the best in breed from a Human Factors and Placemaking perspective. We looked at Yas Island as a whole system and then deconstructed every interaction.
During our engagement we built a single ticketing platform which connected all assets together, creating seamless, memorable experiences for each visitor, whilst at the some time rolling out a new brand identity to support Yas Island as being a memorable destination.
In addition we designed and built individual mobile applications along with a loyalty program for the multiple entities across the island. Organically we started to extend into Yas island's partner ecosystem of Tour operators and travel agents worldwide and engage them as they onboarded on to our Yas island platform.
